天是藍色，樹是綠色 The sky is blue. The tree is green

這一次韓國之旅，真正感受到崇山禪師的教法：「天是藍色，樹是綠色」。



每日都有睛朗的天氣，眼前全都是燦爛的花朵、燦爛的笑容，一切都是實實在在，沒有複雜的思維，只有吸入及呼出。回港後雖然工作繁忙，思絮混亂，但想起旅程中的點點滴滴，已經自自然然像按計算機一樣，delete後按回“0”，返到圓點，用清明心去處理每件事情，感覺舒服自在。

多謝崇山大襌師！多謝師父！多謝各位同修給我的一切！

During this Korea trip, I learned from the teaching of Zen Master Seung Sahn: "The sky is blue. The tree is green".  Sunshine everyday, beautiful flowers and smiling faces everywhere. Everything is so real, no thinking, only inhale and exhale.  After I back to Hong Kong when I was fully tied up, I will think of all the pictures during this trip.  Presume using a calculator, I will simply press “delete”, back to “0”to my primary point, using my clear mind to handle my work and my daily life, so free and comfortable!
