禮佛三百拜是我們誠心懺悔、放下小我的修持。在禮佛後，師父會為每月生日的同學祝願迴向。
300 bows is a good practice for us to repent sincerely and put down our ‘small I’. After the bowing, dedication will be made to those who have their birthdays this month.
